MyHire & Rentals will provide quotations based on the direct route and information provided by the hirer. The route used will be at the discretion of MyHire & Rentals unless particularly specified by the hirer in which case it will be clearly shown on the confirmation. All quotations are given subject to MyHire & Rentals having available a suitable vehicle at the time the hirer accepts the quotation.
MyHire & Rentals will, at the time of booking, agree and specify the legal seating capacity of the vehicle to be supplied. The hirer must not load the vehicle beyond this capacity.
Written authorization should be obtained from MyHire & Rentals should the hirer wish to cross a state border. MyHire & Rentals vehicles will be allowed into Tanzania and Uganda. MyHire & Rentals will not accept any responsibility if the hirer is refused entry into another country.
A cross border insurance fees is applicable and the fee depends on the number of travelers accompanying the hirer. Inform MyHire & Rentals at least 48hrs before the day of crossing the border For cross border formalities to be arranged.
Any other cross border charges are payable directly at the border.
