Basic Terms & Conditions

• Driver: The vehicle comes with a driver (non-armed) on a 12 hour shift.
• Insurance: All vehicles are fully comprehensive insured.
• Daily Mileage: The daily limit per vehicle is 100 kms. Should this be exceeded there will be a charge of KES 150.00/- extra per kilometre thereafter.
• Safety: As required by law for rental vehicles, all our vehicles come equipped with a fire extinguisher, warning triangles and first aid kit.
• Extras: Blue & Red Strobe Lights mounted on dashboard, rear boot and both left & right quarter panel windows, Siren & Rumbler System.
• Daily Rate: $2,000.00 per day. Includes fully comprehensive insurance cover, 12 hour driver (non-armed), 12 hour armed body guard, one full tank of fuel at the start of the hire and for use only within the city of Nairobi.
• Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one day’s rental per vehicle is required.
• Expenses: Any costs for additional mileage, fuel and damages will be deducted from the deposit.
• Payment: Payment is full is required prior to the first day of rental.
• Rental Duration: Rental days charged included the day of collection and return.
• Fuel Policy: Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same way.
• Delivery and collection via our enclosed transport is charged for depending on the location.
